HIIT Pilates

High intensity cardio with Pilates strength exercises.

 

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Not suitable for those with injuries.

Bone Health Pilates

Standing strength work with Pilates Mat exercises.

Suitable for all levels including those with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, as long as no active injury.

 

In class, we use hand weights, a spiky ball and standing pads. Bottles of water, a tennis ball and a step/rolled towel work just as well!

Pregnancy Pilates

This class is designed to help you to build strength and control as our bodies adapt and change in pregnancy.

 

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy as long as you have no contraindications to exercise and are classed as low risk.

Surf Fit

This is a fast-paced challenging Pilates work out using the foundations of surf strength and mobility to lead the session.

Suitable for intermediate and advanced.

Mat Pilates

Mixed ability Pilates mat class.

Suitable for all levels.

Rise and Shine

A Pilates stretch and mobility class.
