Hi, I’m Jenny,
I'm a fully qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor living in St. Agnes, Cornwall.
I founded Salt Pilates in 2017 having seen first-hand how these dynamic exercises can help anyone improve their strength and conditioning.
Pilates is a proven way to get fit, get mobile and get moving. And I’m now using my knowledge of the anatomy and injury to ensure you can make the most of Pilates, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, osteoporotic — or just looking to sweat!
