Foundations

​

This is designed for those new to reformer.

Getting comfortable with the machines and the foundation moves

It suggest joining this class for at least 3 sessions to before moving into one of the other classes. If you enjoy the

pace of this class feel free to stick with it.

Level 1

​​​

Working on the fundamental and foundation movements on the reformer.

Exploring a wide range of exercises building control, strength and mobility.

Suitable for all clients. If you are new to Pilates - I advise booking a 1-2-1 first to get the most out of your sessions.

Level 1-2

​

Building on the fundamental movements and starting to challenge strength and control.

Starting to combine some of the advanced repertoire.

Suitable for those clients with no injuries or medical conditions limiting exercise

Must have attended reformer Pilates before.

​

Level 2

​

Building into the advanced repertoire challenging core stability, strength and alignment.

Must have attended reformer Pilates before.

Suitable for those clients with no injuries or medical conditions limiting exercise.

Bone health

​

A Pilates class focusing on core strength, posture and balance. 

Helping to build bone strength, muscle strength and flexibility

Suitable for all clients including those with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.

Must attend a 1-2-1 session first.

A catalogue of mat Pilates classes for you to access at a time and place that suits you.

Classes include dynamic mat, surf fit, rise and shine, bone health and prenatal Pilates.
