PHYSIOTHERAPY

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2009 from Oxford Brookes University and moved to London to work as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a variety of private, NHS and occupational health settings.

Whilst in London, I spent a majority of my time working as the senior occupational physiotherapist at London Fire Brigade and helped in the creation, implementation and running of an award winning functional rehabilitation programme (Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year 2016). This involved the development of education, mindfulness sessions and functional exercise circuits.

In 2016 the pull of the surf and desire to have a family by the sea led me to make the most fantastic move to St Agnes, Cornwall. Since living here, I have worked as a private physiotherapist and recently opened a reformer Pilates and physio studio in St Agnes. I offer physiotherapy sessions both in-person and online, having ventured into online physio a year pre pandemic.
