Who doesn't love a good stretch! This 10 minute stretch session will take you through spinal and hip opening work - leaving you feel more mobile!


With an increase in people working at home - in lets be honest - less than ideal work set up's (the sofa!) stretching the bodies will be more important the ever.


If you have any injuries or bone health conditions such as osteoporosis please seek advice prior completion of this session.
